WHICH
PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
By
completing our registration form, you submit information about
your sex, various contact details such as name, address, email
address and you may submit information about your position/title,
the company or organisation you are employed in or represent
and phone and fax number.
If
you are required to answer questions in connection with your
registration as a member of our services, we will collect such
information. Furthermore, we may collect information about
your visits to the Sites, responds to our survey questionnaires,
responds to our various marketing campaigns (i.e. advertisements,
business reply cards, offers, etc.), registrations to future
mailings and product updates, information provided in connection
with download of Avery brand software products, and other information
which you explicitly and voluntarily provide us with when contacting
our Consumer Centre by phone or in writing (mail, fax, or e-mail).

collected in accordance with the above is hereinafter referred
to as "Customer Information".
PURPOSES
OF PROCESSING
We
process Customer Information for the purposes of providing
our customers with as good a service as possible. The Customer
Information helps facilitate communication with our customers
by allowing us to quickly and efficiently identify the customer,
and to better serve their needs in the future, for instance
when answering questions about our products or services. Furthermore,
the Customer Information allows us in Avery Dennison Nordic
to target information, including inter alia offers, about products
or services to the customer. The Customer Information may also
be used to develop our product range and to evaluate customer
preferences and reactions to content, products, and services
offered online.
Our American
parent company will process the Customer Information by storing
it in a database together with Customer Information from
other countries and will process it in accordance with this
Privacy Statement.
EXCHANGE
OF DATA
Customer
Information will be exchanged between Avery Dennison Nordic
and our American parent company on a continuous basis.
PROCESSING
OF INFORMATION
We
process Customer Information in accordance with the Danish
Act on Processing of Personal Data (Act No. 429 of 31 May 2000),
which implements EU Directive 95/46 of 24 October 1995. Subject
to the provisions of the Act you have the right to inter alia
revoke your consent to our processing of your information,
to obtain insight into which of your information we process,
and to have incomplete or incorrect information deleted or
corrected.
MARKETING
As
stated above, Customer Information will be used for direct
mail and other customer communication methods usually carried
out via mail or e-mail and, if you have provided us with fax
or phone number, more rarely via fax and phone.
If you
no longer wish to receive such communication, please inform
us hereof via e-mail or phone, and we will cease to send

it is usual on the Internet, we use "cookie technology" in
